Today's
post is about a rather philosophical issue, but that all of us have ever been
or are going to be in conflict with this question, is the truth better or feel
good, hiding it?
For me the
option of feeling good is practically living in a false happiness, since that
is to live cheated, in addition sooner or later the truth ends up knowing and
ends up being much more painful than having heard about it from the beginning.
Obviously
there are cases where one cannot tell the truth immediately for fear of harming
the other person or thinking that they are not prepared to assimilate it, but
in those cases you have to think what would happen if we were to hide that
truth, would we? I know it can be painful to realize the truth at first, but in
hindsight it is much more painful to realize all the time you've been cheated,
even more if you learn the truth from a person outside the situation.
For this
reason, the best option for me is to find the right moment to tell the truth, I
am sure that the other person, in the long run, will thank us for telling the
truth ourselves.
